Travelers Europe is seeking a strategy advisory leader to guide execution across London and European markets. You will drive strategic initiatives, shape investment priorities, and articulate the company’s strategy to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring experience in corporate strategy within financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory markets across geographies. This role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strategy leadership experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles within insurance or financial services.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align activity around strategic objectives.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen to assess portfolio performance and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate analysis into insight for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic initiatives, market horizon scanning, and competitor benchmarking.
• Shape investment priorities to advance Travelers Europe’s strategy and operating model.
• Communicate strategy clearly to stakeholders with Corporate Communications and business leads.
• Develop and mature performance frameworks with OKRs and KPIs to track progress.
