Job summary

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to drive strategic projects and workstreams that support our priorities. You will collaborate with colleagues and partners across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to translate evidence, policy and perspectives into strategic options for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Post-graduate qualification in healthcare management or evidence of CPD.
• Experience of involving, engaging and consulting the public.
• Experience leading complex strategic, planning or change work across organisational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategic work using evidence across population health, services, workforce and finance.
• Coordinate work across boundaries to align strategies and programmes.
• Interpret national policy for local implementation.
• Provide programme and project management to ensure timely delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Masters in healthcare management or related

Post-graduate qualification in healthcare management
