This is a Senior role within a flagship branding agency, part of a multi-award-winning global advertising agency network.

The agency has enjoyed another successful year and continues to grow. They are looking to expand their world-class team, and that’s where you come in!

Your role will involve leading Strategy for a flagship corporate account—one of the largest companies by revenue in the world! You will also spend approximately half of your time working on other major international corporate clients and supporting pitches.

Deep experience in complex brand architecture for a global company is essential.

Responsibilities:

• This senior role involves both overseeing and actively participating in projects, providing strategic oversight while also taking responsibility for delivery.
• Lead with strategic thinking, challenge existing processes, and drive positive change to produce top-tier strategy work and improve collaboration across departments.
• Participate in new business pitches, delivering hypothesis-led strategic insights within tight timeframes, and manage team cohesion and morale.
• Identify revenue opportunities within existing clients and through new methodologies, proactively developing plans to deepen client relationships and explore new products or practice areas.
• Bring innovative thinking, build a profile as a thought leader, and enhance the agency's reputation both internally and externally.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic agency culture that encourages positive disruption.

You:

• Confidently lead a broad range of strategy projects, including brand analysis, architecture, naming, purpose, and positioning.
• Possess deep expertise in corporate strategy and brand architecture, including architectural strategy and navigation frameworks.
• Understand the commercial aspects of agency performance, such as scoping, cost proposals, margins, and utilization, and take responsibility for efficiency and profitability.
• Be an effective communicator, capable of managing relationships with clients and team members, presenting, facilitating workshops, critiquing work, and providing feedback.
• As a manager, support and mentor team members, fostering their development through hands-on guidance.
