This is a senior role within a flagship branding agency, part of a multi-award-winning global advertising agency network.

The agency has enjoyed another successful year and continues to grow. They are looking to expand their world-class team, and this is where you come in!

Your role will involve leading strategy for a flagship corporate account—one of the largest companies by revenue worldwide. Additionally, you will work on other major international corporate clients and support pitches.

Deep experience in complex brand architecture for a global company is essential.

Responsibilities:

• This senior role involves both oversight and hands-on work, providing strategic direction while also delivering on projects.
• Lead strategic initiatives, challenge existing processes, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Participate in new business pitches, delivering hypothesis-led strategic thinking within tight timelines and managing team morale.
• Identify revenue opportunities within existing clients and develop plans to extend relationships and introduce new services.
• Bring innovative thinking, build a profile as a thought leader, and enhance the agency's reputation internally and externally.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic agency environment.

You:

• Lead a broad range of strategy projects, including brand analysis, architecture, naming, purpose, and positioning.
• Deep expertise in corporate strategy and brand architecture is required.
• Understand the commercial aspects of agency performance, including scoping, cost proposals, margins, and utilization.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, manage upwards and downwards, and deliver presentations, workshops, and feedback confidently.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering their development.
