Qualifications

• Curiosity, collaborative and practical consulting style.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills with senior stakeholders.
• Bridge between business, operational and technical teams translating needs into data strategies.
• Experience in data management, including governance, stewardship and improving data capability.
• Ability to apply ethical and responsible data practices across projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects and workstreams to deliver high-quality outputs with inclusive values.
• Understand how data is created, governed and used across the organisation.
• Develop data-focused strategies, visions and roadmaps for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Develop structured business cases and provide recommendations for data initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to link digital and data strategy to client context.
• Assess operating models and improve data ownership and governance.
• Collaborate across advisory, markets and technical teams to deliver impact.
• Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge sharing and capability development.
• Identify opportunities to add value and support proposals and bids.
