Qualifications

• Curious, collaborative and practical consulting style.

• Ability to translate client needs into clear data strategies and roadmaps.
• Knowledge or experience in Data Management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and workstreams to deliver high-quality outputs and reflect values around inclusion and social value.
• Understand how data is created, governed and used across the organisation and identify opportunities to improve decisions via data.
• Develop data-focused strategies, roadmaps and governance to improve data quality.
• Develop structured business cases and recommendations to prioritise data initiatives.
• Apply systems thinking to reveal digital and data implications of operational challenges.
• Assess operating models and help clients improve data ownership and governance.
• Collaborate across advisory, markets and technical disciplines to link data strategy to delivery.
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability development in the Digital, Data and AI Advisory practice.
• Support business development, proposals and bid activities, identifying opportunities for added value.
