Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our Digital, Data and AI Advisory team in the UK. You will help clients translate data strategy into actionable roadmaps, guiding investment decisions across business and tech teams.

You will collaborate across advisory, markets and engineering disciplines to deliver measurable outcomes, support bid activity and contribute to thought leadership while upholding inclusion, sustainability and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data management including governance and stewardship.
• Ability to translate client needs into data strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to drive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting projects and workstreams to deliver high-quality outputs and reflect inclusion and sustainability values.
• Understanding how data is created, governed and used across the organisation to improve strategic decision-making.
• Contributing to data-focused strategies, roadmaps and governance improvements.
• Developing structured business cases and prioritising data-related investments.
• Applying systems thinking to uncover data implications of operational challenges.
• Assessing operating models to improve data ownership and governance.
• Collaborating across advisory, markets and technical teams to link data strategy to delivery.
• Contributing to thought leadership and capability development within the practice.
• Supporting business development, proposals and bid activities to add value.
