Job summary

BVNK is building the global operating system for money movement. We seek a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to act as a strategic force multiplier across the company. You will own enterprise-wide strategic planning, OKRs, and cross-functional delivery, partnering with the Exec team to drive alignment and scalable results.

You will lead on growth strategy, revenue modeling, and AI-enabled initiatives, shaping the operating cadence and strategic priorities across BVNK’s global teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in a fast-paced tech environment with strategy & ops focus.
• Executive-level influence and ability to advise C-suite executives.
• Experience leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives.
• Ability to distill ambiguity into actionable direction.
• Curiosity and courage to handle high ambiguity and imperfect information.

Responsibilities

• Architect, govern and own company-wide strategic planning and OKR engine.
• Bridge product, engineering and commercial teams for go-to-market alignment.
• Conduct market sizing, financial modeling and resource allocation analyses.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end with clear accountability.
• Champion AI-enabled growth and scalable operational playbooks.
