• Proven experience building and scaling fintech products (incl. Card Issuing).

• Track record of delivering impactful product improvements.

• Own the full product lifecycle from 0-to-1 development through to scaling.
• Drive product discovery, defining clear problem statements and action plans.
• Lead collaboration between product, engineering, and commercial teams.
