Job summary

Stanton House are partnering with a PE-backed mid-market technology company to recruit a Senior Strategy Analyst in Bristol, with 3 days a week in the office.

You'll run strategic analysis, build financial models, support M&A and partnerships, and produce Board materials while shaping the transformation agenda alongside senior leaders. The role offers clear exposure to senior management and a path to leadership as the strategy function scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• 2-5 years in related fields.
• Strong analytical, quantitative skills and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Stanton House are partnering with a PE-backed mid-market technology company to recruit a Senior Strategy Analyst as it builds out its corporate strategy function, reporting to the Director of Strategy. As part of its value creation plan, the business is delivering an ambitious transformation agenda, and the team is being scaled up to shape it.

You will join early, working alongside senior leaders on questions that matter, with the chance to help define how the function operates.

The role:

• Running strategic analysis and sprints on ambiguous, high-priority questions
• Building financial models and business cases to support enterprise prioritisation
• Supporting M&A, partnership and investment assessments
• Researching markets and competitors to bring external perspectives
• Producing executive presentations and Board materials
• Supporting the design and steering of transformation strategy

What we're looking for:

• Background at a leading strategy consultancy: McKinsey, Bain, BCG, L.E.K., OC&C, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon or equivalent
• 2-5 years' experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, commercial, finance or analytics roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with solid financial modelling
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Commercially minded with sound judgement
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
