Job summary

Stanton House is partnering with a PE-backed mid-market technology company to recruit a Strategy Manager in Bristol. The role reports to the Director of Strategy and sits within a growing corporate strategy function.

You will lead strategic sprints, guide analysts, and shape the company’s highest-priority questions with direct exposure to the CEO and Board. This is a hands-on, transformation-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years' experience in strategy consulting, corporate or strategic roles
• Strong financial modelling and business-case capability
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience guiding or coaching junior colleagues
• Ability to structure and present complex thinking to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted strategic sprints from ambiguity to clear recommendations
• Guide and oversee analysts to ensure depth and quality
• Shape corporate strategy development and refresh
• Build business cases to prioritise investment
• Assess M&A, partnerships and strategic opportunities
• Bring external perspectives to senior decisions
• Produce financial models and Board materials
