Where You Shine

As a Senior Medical Communications Strategist, you will synthesize medical, experience, and engagement insights to craft strategic narratives and shape medical communications programs. You will work at the intersection of creativity, medical science, and analytics to develop impactful experiences for HCPs, from med comms strategy to tactical ideation to stakeholder engagement delivery.

You will collaborate with Medical and Account teams to infuse strategic thinking into every step of delivery, leveraging insights and multidisciplinary teamwork to turn client objectives into measurable success, engaging HCPs and pharma brands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft strategic narratives based on insights and research.
  • Lead research into stakeholder mindsets and experiences; facilitate workshops.
  • Develop seamless omnichannel customer journeys across all phases.
  • Create data-informed strategies aligned with medical communication needs.
  • Partner with teams to ensure innovative, personalized customer experiences.
  • Introduce emerging tools and methodologies for process evolution.
  • Ensure content and engagement strategies meet strategic and regulatory goals.
  • Foster strong client relationships with actionable solutions.
  • Mentor junior strategists and promote team growth.
  • Participate in business development and pitch presentations.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-6 years in medical communications or education, with diverse deliverables experience.
  • Strong medical/scientific background or ability to synthesize complex science.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in creative briefs and campaign frameworks.
  • Experience in peer-to-peer interactions, KOL programs, and congress ecosystems.
  • Data-driven with a focus on measuring success.
  • Leadership qualities, confident in roles from SME to process driver; coaching experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher degree preferred.
