The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking a Senior Associate, Regulatory in its Strategy Division across London, Edinburgh and Leeds. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into clear options and delivering robust planning while collaborating with multiple teams.

You will apply analytical skills to complex issues, manage ambiguity, and support governance and delivery across workstreams in a regulated environment. This is an on-site, UK-wide role with flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience applying strategy development to complex organisational issues and translating priorities into options and plans.
• Ability to connect cross-functional teams to promote alignment and delivery of results.
• Comfort operating under ambiguity and changing direction with structured momentum.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication to explain conclusions.
