Job summary

You will design robust strategic planning processes, translate complex challenges into actionable options and maintain momentum across workstreams while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The role covers Edinburgh, Leeds and London offices with travel as needed and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience applying strategy development to complex organisational issues.
• Experience coordinating across formal and informal teams to promote alignment and delivery.
• Ability to structure complex issues and present clear options and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic and business planning processes aligned to strategic outcomes.
