About the role:

Based in the Midlands (Hybrid):

• Successfully lead strategic IT procurement across an ICS.
• Lead and manage Public Contract Regulations 2015 processes and associated documentation.
• Deliver a high value strategic procurement exercise for IT.
• Engage with suppliers and senior organisational stakeholders.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• CIPS qualification is desired, but not essential.
• Public Sector Procurement experience
• Knowledge and experience of conducting a competitive exercise via a nationally approved framework
• Experience of project managing a complex, high value PCR procurement exercise
