Sixth Form College is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HRBP function and a small team. You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, partner with managers and trade unions, and drive development initiatives across the college.

You will oversee Learning and Development, identify future workforce needs, and ensure staff have access to the support and resources they need to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience.
• Extensive employee relations expertise in a unionised environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR Business Partner function and manage a small HR team including two HR Business Partners and an HR Adviser.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters and support managers and trade unions.
• Oversee Learning and Development to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
• Support delivery of organisation-wide people-focused initiatives and continuous improvement.
