Perk seeks a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team, based in either Barcelona or London. You will shape the long-term strategic roadmap and optimize resource allocation, translating complex goals into financial outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

You will manage forecasting and budgeting, contribute to the annual operating plan, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve decision-making.

Formación

• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A.
• Data-driven mindset with rapid decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate operational goals into financial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own short- and long-term forecasting models for leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform future projections.
• Support long-term strategic planning and annual operating planning.
• Influence capital allocation and long-term financial planning decisions.
• Perform reporting, forecasting, budgeting,ROI analysis and benchmarking.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular/ ad hoc insights.
