Perk is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to shape our long-term roadmap and optimize resource allocation in London or Barcelona. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate operational goals into financial outcomes and build scalable models that drive growth and value creation.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation efforts, working with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A; go-to-market exposure is a bonus.
• Track record of exceptional performance in demanding, high-calibre teams.
• Data-driven mindset with rapid decision-making; excellence over perfection.
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create and manage complex financial models.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in analysis, stress-testing, and automation; knows when human input is essential.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with various lines of business.
• Willingness to stretch beyond comfort zone and embrace new challenges.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of short-term and long-term forecasting models to equip leadership with data for decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the go-to-market function, for insights affecting projections.
• Support planning and execution of long-term strategic and annual operating plans.
• Apply analytical approaches to influence strategic decisions, including capital allocation and long-term planning.
• Handle financial processes: reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ROI-based resource allocation, benchmarking.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights through regular and ad-hoc analyses.
