Job summary

North Highland is seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape and drive growth in the Public Sector portfolio, with a focus on Defence and National Security. You will work with the Public Sector leadership team to deliver complex client projects and build credible relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will contribute to business development, bring creative problem solving, and mentor junior consultants while expanding the firm’s capabilities across Strategy, Technology, Change Management,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable management consulting experience, especially in Defence & National Security.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and build consensus across leadership teams.
• Creative approach to solving complex client challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to both business development and client project delivery across Defence & Nat Sec clients.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants on engagements.
• Develop thought leadership and expand professional network through memberships, speaking, and writing.
