Maybridge Associates is currently supporting a high-growth, specialist consulting firm as they continue to expand their Defence and National Security capability with a number of hires following a series of recent programme wins.

This organisation operates at the forefront of some of the UK’s most complex and sensitive initiatives, working closely with central government, defence bodies, and intelligence organisations. Their work is high-impact, delivery-focused, and directly aligned to nationally significant outcomes.

The Role

You will be embedded within major transformation programmes, partnering with senior stakeholders to design and deliver solutions across areas such as:

• Strategic planning and enterprise-wide transformation
• Target Operating Model design and organisational development
• Digital and technology-enabled change
• Capability uplift and service transformation
• Business analysis, product delivery, and innovation
• Change and adoption across complex environments

About You

• 4–10 years’ experience within a management consulting environment ( essential)
• Background in strategy, transformation, operating model, or related disciplines
• Experience working across Defence, Government, Intelligence, or National Security
• Active UK Security Clearance to a high level is also essential ( DV and above)
