North Highland is seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape and drive growth in the Public Sector portfolio, with a focus on Defence and National Security. You will work with the Public Sector leadership team to deliver complex client projects and build credible relationships with senior stakeholders.

SUMMARY

As a Senior Consultant in North Highland’s Public Sector Portfolio, you will contribute to the Public Sector growth strategy and deliver across complex client projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with North Highland’s Public Sector leadership team and develop your Consulting career with a focus on Defence and National Security.

YOU WILL:

• Contribute to both business development and client project delivery (business and technology transformation) across our Defence and Nat Sec Clients.
• Draw on your unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients’ challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Build expertise and deliver across North Highland’s range of capabilities: Strategy, Technology, Change Management, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, and Strategic Program Management.
• Minimum of 2-3 days p/w on site unless otherwise needed by the project.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to junior consultants on client engagements.
• Showcase yourself as a Government & Public Sector thought leader by developing your professional network through association memberships, speaking, and writing engagements, and community activities.

• Hold the appropriate security clearance required to support UK National Security clients.
