You will develop and implement category strategies, manage supplier relationships, coach a team of Category Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to deliver measurable savings and compliant contracts.

Qualifications

• Senior procurement professional with category leadership experience.
• Experience in tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
• Security clearance requirements and UK residency

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of category strategies aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable savings.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing activities for high-value and complex procurements.
• Inform strategic decision-making through market, commercial and supplier analysis.
• Apply NEC, GCA agreements and AWE Standard Terms in contracts.
