Job summary

Word360 is a Birmingham-based technology platform reshaping how the NHS and wider health and social care sector access language services. We are seeking an account manager who will own a defined portfolio of NHS and public sector accounts, focusing on retention, growth and long-term partnerships.

You will lead account plans, identify upsell opportunities across Wordskii and Wondaa offerings, and work with our sales and leadership teams to drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Able to run business reviews to move conversations forward.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of NHS/public sector accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Build account plans mapping expansion opportunities across departments.
• Identify upsell opportunities across Word360 platform including Wordskii and Wondaa.
• Lead regular business reviews and renewals, with a commercial focus.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for strategy and cross-sell campaigns.
