Job summary

Langham Recruitment is seeking a Senior Stock Controller for a precision manufacturing site in Snetterton. You will oversee day-to-day stores operations, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with Production and Procurement to maintain material availability.

The role suits someone with strong stock control, ERP experience, and a proactive approach to improving material flow in a technical environment. On-site work with a supportive team and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing stores role.
• Stock control and inventory management experience.
• Goods-in/out and material handling experience.
• Experience with ERP/stock management systems.
• Knowledge of stock traceability, labeling and storage requirements.
• Experience working with Production, Procurement or Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the stores and warehouse function.
• Coordinate and support the stores team, ensuring workloads and priorities are managed.
• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials and components.
• Pick, issue and kit materials for production and projects.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ERP transactions.
• Carry out stock checks and assist inventory audits.
• Prepare goods for dispatch with correct packaging and documentation.
• Maintain material traceability and storage practices.
• Work with Production, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised stores environment.
