Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (Steelwork) in Doncaster to lead steel-framed design for a specialist contractor. You will handle design, calculations, and connection design across large span projects, ensuring delivery from concept to installation.

Applicants should have 5+ years' post-graduate experience in steel structures within a Design & Build or contractor setting, with proficiency in Tekla/MasterSeries and AutoCAD. Office-based in Doncaster.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Strong steelwork design experience in a contractor/DB environment.
• Experience with Eurocodes and British Standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural design and calculations for steel-framed structures.
• Design steel connections and related structural elements.
• Deliver designs from concept through to manufacture and installation.
• Ensure compliance with Eurocodes/BS standards.
• Attend client and project meetings and support bids.
