Job summary

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will plan workflow, manage capacity and resources, monitor costs and drive improvements while building a proactive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a steel fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and welding.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and estimate production costs.
