Rotational Mouldings Group Ltd is seeking a Steel Fabrication Manager to lead the Bradford fabrication operations. You will oversee laser cutting, folding, welding, galvanising, painting and assembly, ensuring safe, on-time, under-budget delivery.

You will plan and manage workflow, capacity and resources, monitor productivity and costs, and work with purchasing, quality and sales to ensure seamless project execution. A growth mindset and ability to develop a high-performing team are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a steel fabrication environment.
• Strong practical understanding of fabrication processes, welding and manufacturing techniques.
• Commercial awareness with costing, estimating and production control.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proactive leader able to develop people and build a high-performing team.
