East West Railway Company is seeking an Engineering Specialist (Buildings and Stations Architect) in Milton Keynes. You will oversee architectural design for stations and related buildings, ensuring placemaking, safety and operational efficiency across disciplines.

This is a permanent role reporting to the Head of Building & Stations Architecture. You will work within the Technical function to translate business needs into design requirements, mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing while

Qualifications

• Background in engineering and placemaking on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to solve problems and develop innovative technical solutions.
• Experience across design and delivery of stations and related buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance across architecture and design disciplines for stations and ancillary buildings.
• Oversee planning, execution and monitoring of engineering work to meet standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for seamless integration across disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous learning and safety culture.
