Senior Staff Nurse (RGN) - Pre-Assessment

Location: Leeds | Pre Assessment | Permanent | Part Time

Hours: 30 hours per week

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC) with relevant qualifications and experience. Knowledge of mentoring, multi-specialty surgical procedures, and ideally qualifications in teaching, assessment, and management are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and embody the Nuffield Health way of caring
• Recognize talent and mentor junior colleagues
• Utilize excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to patient care
• Make autonomous decisions to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Supervise junior nursing staff and students
