Up to £39,500 pro rata

30 hours per week

As a Senior Staff Nurse at our hospital, you’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC) and possess the relevant qualifications and experience. This includes post-registration experience, knowledge of mentoring, and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Qualifications in teaching, assessment, and management are desirable.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:

• Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
• Recognize talent and mentor junior colleagues to help them excel
• Utilize your clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet patient needs
• Make autonomous decisions to ensure excellent patient care
• Supervise junior nursing staff and students on a day-to-day basis
