Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital is seeking an experienced Bank Senior Staff Nurse in the Oncology team. This role focuses on clinical nursing for oncology patients, including cannulation, venepuncture and CVAD access, with supervision of junior staff and students.

You will participate in rota planning, recruitment and training, and make autonomous clinical decisions to deliver excellent patient care within a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualificações

• NMC registration with the appropriate governing body.
• Completed UKONS SACT passport.

• Mentor and nurture junior colleagues.
• Meet each patient's needs through clinical skill and an empathetic approach.

Bank senior staff nurse post in the oncology team at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, working ad-hoc shifts with no fixed weekly hours. The work centres on clinical nursing for oncology patients, including cannulation, venepuncture and central line access, alongside supervising junior staff and students. The role also carries a share of rota planning, recruitment and training. Applicants need NMC registration and a completed UKONS SACT passport.
