The Bridge in Middlesbrough is seeking an experienced Nurse (RGN) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering neurological rehabilitation and complex care. You will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing, and contribute to high-quality care within a busy, supportive environment.

You will work closely with colleagues to assess and plan care, promote positive teamwork, and mentor junior staff while ensuring accurate documentation and high safety standards.

What you will be doing

As a qualified Nurse (RGN), you will ensure people with neurological illnesses,acquiredbrain and spinal cord injuries receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Skills and knowledge you will have

You will be working at The Bridge, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service.Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will providecare and support for people with neurological illnesses,acquiredbrain and spinal cord injuries.
