Getat Elysium Healthcare Barnet Lane Clinic is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, mentor colleagues, and maintain accurate records while supporting service users’ wellbeing across a specialist inpatient setting.

What you will be doing

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Skills and knowledge you will have

• A relevant nursing qualification
• NMC registration
• 3 years post qualification experience
• Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD
• Strong team-working skills
• A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
• A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
• A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice

Where you will be working

Location: Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3QU Barnet Lane's Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
