Bango plc is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead reliability, performance and continuous improvement of the Bango Platform. You will own end-to-end reliability, observability and incident response across infrastructure and delivery pipelines, serving as a technical centre of gravity for the SRE function.

You will shape the bench across the third-line support and PICE teams, grow engineers, and lead cross-cutting work end-to-end while remaining an individual contributor and trusted

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Cloud, Platform, DevOps or SRE role in a commercial environment.
• Proven technical leadership and incident-management experience at senior levels.
• Strong experience with modern observability, monitoring and automation tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own the reliability of the Bango Platform across systems and drive permanent fixes.
• Lead major incidents and coordinate across teams with clear customer impact communication.
• Drive proactive reliability improvement and roadmap-driven fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, Integration Engineering and InfoSec to reduce risk.
