Altium is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale SaaS platforms across regions. You will automate operations, improve observability, and contribute to incident management in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE/DevOps in large-scale environments.
• Software development experience, preferably .NET.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice and HA architecture.
• Proficient observability and monitoring with modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the Altium Cloud Platform operates and supports reliability.
• Improve observability with logging, monitoring, and APM.
• Develop reliability frameworks to elevate resilience of SaaS products.
• Promote a shared responsibility model across engineering teams.
• Assist incident response with clear communication and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate on system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Drive automation, IaC, and streamlined deployments with DevOps teams.
• Champion SOO principles for clear service ownership.
