Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong SRE/DevOps practices and cloud experience.
• Experience with observability tooling and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Improve observability with logging, monitoring and APM to ensure reliability.
• Develop reliability frameworks for SaaS products across regions.
• Educate engineering teams on reliability best practices and shared responsibility.
• Support incident response and post-incident analysis for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps to promote IaC and streamline deployments.
