Job summary

iManage is seeking a Senior SRE to scale our cloud platform and drive reliability across distributed teams. You will lead on-call rotations, shape observability, and collaborate on architectural decisions to deliver scalable, resilient services protecting privileged data.

You will mentor peers, automate toil, and promote SRE best practices across teams while prioritizing security, cost efficiency, and robustness in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience writing design documents, postmortems, and refactoring application code.
• Automation to reduce operational burden or internal SaaS tools.
• Advocate for SRE principles (SLOs vs SLAs) and introduction.
• Experience in public cloud or hosted datacenter environments (Azure and AKS preferred).
• Passion for collaborative teamwork and reliability best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build middleware and platform guardrails to empower rapid, reliable development.
• Lead on-call rotations, incident management, and post-incident retrospectives.
• Engage in architectural discussions to deliver scalable, resilient platforms.
• Design automation, orchestration, observability, and disaster readiness into products.
• Mentor teammates and drive standardization across teams.
