Job Overview

Duval Associates Ltd is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive new business and manage digital event sponsorships. This role offers a base salary of £70,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped OTE (£120,000 - £150,000). The position is based in London with flexible UK-wide remote work options.

Responsibilities
  1. Source and close new vendor accounts for digital events across various sectors.
  2. Build and lead a sales team, developing new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct virtual pitches and meetings with high-level decision-makers.
  4. Manage and renew client relationships, facilitating ongoing sales opportunities.
  5. Achieve a high volume of quick-close transactions, averaging 2-4 deals per month.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in event, sponsorship, or B2B sales, with a hunter mentality.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and autonomous approach to sales.
  • Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales environments.
  • Leadership skills to build and manage a sales team.
