Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a highly specialist Speech and Language Therapist to work 0.8 wte across Harrow Adult Community SALT Service. The role covers domiciliary and outpatient assessment and therapy for adults with dysphagia and communication difficulties.

You will join a supportive MDT with links to Acute SALT, Dietetics and wider Rehabilitation teams, offering development opportunities and supervision of junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree and HCPC registration.
• Experience with adults with dysphagia and neurological conditions.
• Ability to supervise junior staff within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously in clients' homes, clinics and inpatients with MDT support.
• Engage in service development, audits and quality improvement projects.
• Receive regular supervision and appraisal.
• Access continuing professional development opportunities.
