This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.Suppliers, Representatives and Distributors Are Our Partners.*Key Responsibilities:** Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices* Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards.* Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs* Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally.* Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements.* Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays* Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company.* Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations.* Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency.**Requirements/Qualifications:*** Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/STEM or equivalent.* APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM, or the CSCP is preferred.* Developed understanding of supply chain – 3+ years experience.* Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, InforLN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions.* Essential – SQL / Tableau / Power BI understanding.* Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.* Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail.**Travel Time:**25% - 50%
