Zusammenfassung

The Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced practitioner to deepen specialist clinical skills in advanced assessment, formulation, care coordination and therapy for people with complex emotional and personality difficulties.

The role focuses on safety, stabilisation and holistic care, with delivery of SCМ, trauma stabilisation, and related therapies as part of a multidisciplinary team across the North-East region.

Qualifikationen

• First-level registered professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for complex emotional, relational and personality difficulties.
• Student assessor status considered for appointment.
• Commitment to multi-agency and multidisciplinary working.
• Ability to manage a caseload and high-risk scenarios.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced clinical assessment, formulation, care coordination and therapy for a small caseload.
• Coordinate input from services to maintain coherent, formulation-based plans.
• Ensure formulations inform risk management and clinical decisions.
• Deliver Structured Clinical Management, trauma stabilisation, DBT/MBT where appropriate.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to produce holistic care plans.
• Travel across the North-East region as part of the role.
