• First level registered professional qualification.
• Degree or equivalent in evidence-based treatments for complex emotional and personality difficulties.
• Student Assessor.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical assessment, formulation, care co-ordination and therapeutic intervention for a small number of service users with complex needs.
• Coordinate input from multiple services to keep the care plan coherent and formulation-based.
• Deliver safety, stabilisation and trauma-focused therapies to improve emotional and relational stability.
• Apply SCM, trauma stabilisation, DBT and MBT approaches in the most unstable care pathway phase.
• Support and scaffold other community teams and inpatient staff.
