Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a specialist Adult CF Physiotherapist to join our static team across St Jamess University Hospital and Seacroft Hospital. You will provide specialist assessment, management and ongoing care for adults with cystic fibrosis, PCD and bronchiectasis within an MDT framework.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist (Essential)
• Respiratory competent (Essential)
• MSK experience (Desirable)
• Completion of core and respiratory rotations (Essential)
• Evidence of continued professional development (Essential)
• Member of a clinical interest group (Desirable)
• Evidence of Clinical Educator’s course/ experience with students (Essential)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, treatment and ongoing care for adults with CF, PCD and bronchiectasis in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Educate and develop staff and students; contribute to audit, research and service evaluation.
• Travel between St Jamess University Hospital and Seacroft Hospital to deliver care as part of a supra-regional service.
