Champneys Forest Mere is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist who is passionate about wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will perform facial, massage and nail treatments to high standards, while upholding Champneys protocols and maintaining equipment and facilities.

The role includes shift patterns of 10:00–19:00 and 11:00–20:00, with weekends worked on a pattern. A comprehensive training journey, uncapped commission, and ongoing career development are provided to support your

Qualifications

• L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy.
• Preferably Clarins or Elemis trained.
• Attention to detail with a passion for guest experience.
• 2+ years experience with luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform all spa treatments to required standards within the allocated time.
• Follow Champneys protocols and training to deliver the best service.
• Advise guests on facilities and services based on knowledge of the Club, Spa and Hotel.
• Maintain working areas, keep equipment clean and report defects promptly.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations in day‑to‑day work.
• Provide mentorship to junior therapists and skin consultations where appropriate.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and homecare recommendations.
