The Hoxton, Southwark is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the Seabird kitchen team in London. You’ll oversee sections, support staff development and ensure smooth service with top hygiene standards.

You will work closely with the Head Chef on creative ideas and processes, and you’ll stand in for the Head Chef when needed. A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment will fit well here.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen team at a similar-sized restaurant.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
• Ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee running of sections and lead where needed.
• Develop and support kitchen team talent in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure smooth service, manage orders and deliveries, uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on new ideas and techniques for a changing menu.
• In Head Chef's absence, act as lead to maintain kitchen operations.
• Ensure every dish is prepared to a consistently high standard.
