The role |
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

- Builds a coaching culture within the team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Is a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
Qualifications and experience |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a track record of performance improvement.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
- Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
- Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams, fostering growth and inclusivity.
- A passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
