Job Description

We seek an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team at the renowned Natural History Museum.

Our cafes and restaurant serve freshly made pizzas, burgers, salads, and hot food specials.

Shifts: 5 days out of 7, daytime

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Senior Sous Chef role:

  • Report directly to the Head Chef and deputise in their absence
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menu ideas and enhance offerings
  • Maintain high standards of food quality at all times
  • Lead and motivate the chef team, ensuring top performance
  • Oversee stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in high-volume kitchens
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
