At Malmaison, fifty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels, we can be busier in our brasseries than most local restaurants! We offer on-the-job training in-house, as well as nationally recognized apprenticeships through our training providers. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers our brand standards smoothly and consistently. Ideally, you will have experience at this level and be able to demonstrate your skills in developing your team.
