Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for its Banqueting Kitchen, delivering exceptional culinary experiences for large conferences, weddings and events across a world‑class hospitality environment. You will support the Executive Head Chef, plan high‑volume production, lead a large brigade and ensure food quality, safety and presentation to exacting standards.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to lead a large kitchen brigade.

• Experience delivering large-scale conferences, weddings and banquets.
