Job summary

Prezzo Italian is recruiting a Sous Chef in Bath to be the second in command in a high‑volume kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, help drive a strong team culture and ensure smooth daily operations across shifts.

You’ll manage stock, waste and costs while maintaining top food standards and safety protocols. You’ll work regular hours with a flexible app‑based shift system, enjoy staff perks, and have opportunities to grow with Prezzo locations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or ready to step up in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of stock, waste and kitchen costs.
• Commitment to food quality and safety (HACCP).
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
